So, no this doesn't mean "work whenever you feel like it." But, it does mean that we know that you have a life outside of your job. We'll make every effort to say yes to a timely request for time off. Need to be there for your nephews baseball game? Ok. Want to attend a wedding? Sure. Need to adjust your hours so you can take your kid to cheer practice? Let's talk about it. We truly believe that you should give 100% while you're clocked in, and we all have to pay our way through this world... But, once you give your time, you should be done and go home and we also believe in work-life balance. Your life should be more than your job.
