Alumni

This section is dedicated to the people who have filled your shoes before you. The Alumni who have moved on. They were asked their questions either WELL after leaving our employment, or after submitting their 2 weeks notice, during their exit interview. Aside from formatting, their answers have not been edited or altered in any way. The whole point of this section is to give you a realistic expectation of what it is like to work here and the quality of the people who's shoes you are applying to fill. We don't claim to get it right every time, and there have been plenty of disappointments along the way, but every person who has ever been here has made this a better place. What will you bring?
